What is the difference between human hair and synthetic wigs?
Human hair wigs offers the most natural look and feel, allowing for heat styling and custom coloring. Synthetic wigs are pre-styled and hold their shape after washing, offering a more affordable and low-maintenance alternative.
How do I choose the correct wig size?
Most of our wigs come with adjustable straps to fit a variety of head shapes. To find your size, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind the ear, to the nape of your neck, and back to the other ear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return my wig if it doesn't fit or I don't like the color?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on wigs that are in their original, factory-condition with tags attached and lace uncut. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
How should I care for my wig to make it last longer?
We recommend washing your wig every 10-15 wears using sulfate-free shampoos specifically designed for alternative hair. Always store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain its shape and prevent tangling.
