We want you to love your new look, but if your wig isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been trimmed, styled, or had lace cut cannot be accepted.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original hair net and box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the wig's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
